Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

Any client that accepts a quote will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms and conditions in full. No formal signature is required.Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Any purchase or use of Vonshel The Designer services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

Charges

Charges for services to be provided by Vonshel The Designer are defined in the “Your getting closer” email that includes the project quotation. All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days. Vonshel The Designer reserves the right to alter or decline a quote after the expiry of the 30 days.

Unless agreed otherwise with the client, all services require a deposit of 50 percent of the project quotation prior to commencement of work. The final payment (50 percent) is required after completing the project or seven days before launch date, prior to upload to the server or release of materials.

Payment for services are accepted via MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Details will be made available on invoice.

Client Review

Vonshel The Designer provides clients an opportunity to review the appearance and content of the website during the design phase and after the entire website is completed. Once the website is completed, such -materials will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the client notifies Vonshel The Designer otherwise within seven days of the date the materials are released to the client.

Turnaround Time and Content Control

Vonshel The Designer installs and launches all websites or supplied materials by the date specified in the project proposal or on date agreed with client upon Vonshel The Designer receiving initial payment. Exceptions only occur during a client's request and Vonshel The Designer's approval.

In addition,the client agrees to delegate one person as the primary point of contact to aid with the progression of project in a professional and expedient matter.

During the project, Vonshel The Designer requires the client to provide website content or additional collateral: text, images, sound files, movies.

Failure to Provide Content

Vonshel The Designer is a small business and in order to remain efficient we must ensure that all projects are carried out in a scheduled manner. We do our best efforts to accept incoming projects but on occasion other inquiries and work may be rejected to ensure that your project is completed at the agreed time. In return we ask that you provide all required information in advance. On any occasion where progress is delayed as a result of not receiving the required information from a client, Vonshel The Designer may impose a surcharge of up to 25%. If your project requires Search Engine Optimization, we need the content of your site in advance so that SEO can be planned and handled efficiently.

If you agree to provide us with the required information and fail to do so after 5-7 days from the projects commencement, we reserve the right to close the project and request that the remaining balance be paid immediately. Basically, the conditions above ask that you only begin a project with a ready-set -go mind frame.

File Delivery

Text content should be delivered in a zip file via email or a dropbox where the document represent the correct information for the relevant pages on your website. These pages should have the same titles as the agreed pages. Contact Us if you have any questions.

Content management services are available at an additional cost for your convenience. However, we offer content management virtual training for all of our website packages at no extra cost.

Payment

Invoices will be sent out by Vonshel The Designer upon completion but before publishing the live website. Invoices are due upon receipt and failure to do so may result in a delay of the projected launch date. Accounts that remain unpaid after agreed upon date will be considered late. As a result, a late fee of 10% will be added to original invoice. Failure to pay invoice after 30 days will result in the cancellation of your project.

Additional Expenses

Client agrees to reimburse Vonshel The Designer for any additional collateral used to complete a project. Additional items may include stock photography, special fonts, etc.

Web Browsers

Vonshel The Designer makes every effort to ensure that website designs are designed to be viewed by the majority of users. Websites are designed to work with the most popular and current browsers. Client agrees that Vonshel The Designer cannot guarantee functionality across all browser software across different operating systems.

Vonshel The Designer cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display correctly in new versions of browsers after the completion of a website. In addition, Vonshel The Designer reserves the right to quote for any work involved in changing the website design or website code for updated software.
